  • DOSAGE:

     

    Take 20-30 drops in water or tea, 2-3 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Shake well before use.

  • CAUTIONS AND SAFETY:

    Children or infant’s needs may respond differently to herbal remedies compared to adults. Some herbs may be unsuitable or unsafe for young children it is important to consult your pediatric before administering any herbal remedies.

    During pregnancy and breast feeding, some herbs can have potent effects on the body and may pose risks to the developing fetus.

    If you have known allergies or sensitivities to specific plants or herbs, it is crucial to avoid using herbal remedies that contain those ingredients.

    If you’re undergoing medical treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy or surgery, check with your herbal practitioner in advance before taking any herbal remedies. Some herbs may interfere with the efficacy or safety of medical treatments.

    Herbs can interact with prescription medications, or over-the-counter drugs, potentially altering their effectiveness or causing adverse reactions.  

  • SHELF LIFE:

    TINCTUES:  We recommend using alcohol-based tinctures within two years.  However, some alcohol tinctures have a shelf life of up to 6 years, particularly those made with a high percentage of alcohol. 

    GLYCERINE TINCTURES: Vegetable glycerine with an alcohol based tincture do not need to be refridgerated and can last from 3-5 years.  If stored properly in a dark cool place. 

    GLYCERITES: glycerites made with no alcohol have a shelf life of approximately 1-2 years.  If stored properly in a cool dark spot. 

    OILS:  You'll usally get up to one year out of a 100% oil base product.  Store in a cool and dark place.  Warmth and light may shorten the shelf life of the product.
