What is your return policy?

At Lady La Yoly Herbal Apothecary, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or consumable items for safety and quality assurance reasons.  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to replace the item or find a suitable solution. To help us process your request, please include your order number and photos of any damaged products or packaging.    We take great pride in creating our products with care and integrity. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out—we are always happy to help guide you toward the best choice for your needs.   Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
